Visitor Screening on Our Campus

PLEASE NOTE.  Visitation on our campus is restricted. The ONLY exceptions are in the case of certain compassionate care situations such as end-of-life situations, or for the provision of medically necessary services by essential healthcare personnel (HCP).  If a prospective visitor meets these criteria they must be screened before a visit is permitted.

Additional Guidance at our
Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center

Effective 5pm, Friday, March 13, 2020.  Visits to our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center are restricted.  Please call 508-852-3011 for assistance or for immediate updates. We regret the inconvenience and are guided by the protocols of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The health and well-being of those we serve is our highest priority.

Communication with loved-ones is so important, especially during these trying times.  We are happy to provide some suggestions for ways to keep the lines of communications open between you both!

du Lac Assisted Living Residence

♦ Visits to our Assisted Living Community are restricted, please call 508-852-5800 for assistance or immediate updates.
♦ We have cancelled all outside activities/outings.
♦ No food/dining vendors will be admitted to the kitchen; all business for kitchen deliveries will be handled at the loading dock.
♦ All contractors working on renovations will be screened prior to entering the building and will have limited access.

Additional Guidance for our
Educational Bridge Center

We are sorry to have to inform our students that effective immediately, March 13, 2020 at 5pm–The Educational Bridge Center will be closed indefinitely to our students. We are restricting access to our campus to only essential personnel in an effort to prevent the introduction of the virus and out of an abundance of caution for the well-being of those we serve (our students, residents, patients).

Please save your badge for use when we reopen. We will keep you posted via our website. We wish you good health and luck until we see you again!
