Please view our communications to resident/resident family members specifically for our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center. Here you will find our mandatory reporting documentation required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for our Long Term Care & Rehabilitation Center.
Visits to our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center may occur at any time. However, given our typical staffing patterns which help us to serve our residents and families best, we do encourage families to consider visits between 8am and 8pm on any day of the week. If policies change based on guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) or from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), we will inform families and post information on our website.
The health and well-being of those we serve is our highest priority.
