<p>Notre Dame Health Care’s Pediatric Palliative Care program (Pedi Pals) has been caring for children with life-limiting illnesses since 2012, with the goal of improving quality of life.</p>

<p>The Notre Dame Perinatal Palliative Care Program, part of Pedi Pals, assists the needs of a family whose lives have been touched by the tragic death of a baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or death during the first few months of life.</p>

<p>The Notre Dame Palliative Care volunteer training program offers ongoing education, supervision, and support to ensure the success of everyone involved. Because our volunteers often have so many other commitments, the orientation process is as streamlined as possible. Orientation can be completed as a self-study, online, or within a structured group setting.</p>
