Notre Dame du Lac Assisted Living
is a caring community that provides assisted living and a memory support unit for seniors. Choice, convenience and peace of mind are the hallmarks of this program.

Notre Dame Long Term Care
offers both short and long-term care in a compassionate, welcoming setting with all the necessary services to help individuals achieve their maximum quality of life and well-being.

Notre Dame Hospice
offers end of life care that is personal and holistic, enriching individuals and their families. Notre Dame Hospice is available throughout Greater Worcester in a variety of settings.

Notre Dame Educational Bridge Center
promotes the educational mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame who believe in educating for life. Providing a culture of learning and personal growth, the Bridge Center is committed to "state of the art" geriatric care developing skilled and loyal staff to meet the goals and objectives of the campus.
